CAD designed, Hand-built hollow wooden surfboards

Our boards are built with a wooden wing shape structure and assembled with composite epoxy, allowing a light, flexible and extremely resistant internal frame. The frame is then covered with wood strips, glassed, and polished several times with an anti-UV polyurethane.

But eventually, no machine or computer can replace the touch of a true, skilled human hand. For centuries, Indonesian people have built boats and crafted all types of wood to perfection. We now work together, sharing skills and experiences, to offer you a good looking high quality surfboard that can be enjoy for a life time...

With CAD (Computer Assisted Design), we are able to design your boards to the millimeter. Adding curves exactly where it's needed, adapting rock and volumes, weight and softness.
